HOW TO FORGIVE SOMEONE

Image
It’s natural to feel bitter or develop a grudge when you are hurt by someone. As bitterness builds inside of you, it’s usually followed by a swarm of other emotions—feelings of anger, resentment and rejection accompanied by a desire for revenge. Toxic emotions don’t change your situation or the person that hurt you. As you let them take over, they do change you, hurting you far more than the other person. And it doesn’t stop there. When bitterness and resentment take control, they can spill over and infect others who aren’t even involved. This is why the Bible refers to bitterness as poison. “Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many” (Hebrews 12:15). If you aren’t careful, it can hurt you and those close to you. Ask yourself: Do you like being around someone who is bitter or angry? The Bible goes a step further and explains why it’s important to forgive, “Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as we

Confession of Sin

‌"Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.” (Exodus 20:12) Notice, this command begins with a focus on obedience to our own parents—“obey your father and your mother”—but it concludes with a view to the larger context of the whole of human society—“that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.” From birth, our holy and loving God commands that we learn the importance of respecting, submitting to, and obeying the authorities he has placed over us. For our own good, he commands that we learn how to humbly and willingly receive instruction, correction, discipline, and guidance from those whom he has set in charge.  If we only take a moment to consider a handful of words which describe people who have refused to learn these holy, God-given lessons, the staggering importance of this command becomes more clear: ‌Prideful. Obstinate. Domineering. Narcissistic. Controlling. Ma

Blood of Jesus Christ?.. What is salvation..?

Note: - Please read this blog till the end. May today's Bible verse help you build a spiritual relationship with God. You read this verse and understand what God is telling you and what God wants from you In the Old Testament, for the forgiveness of our sins, God made the sanctuary, which was of this world, in which there was the ark of God in a tent. In which the priest used to complete the daily service in the first tent. And the high priest used to go once a year with the blood he used to offer for himself and for the sins of the people. And the meaning of the tabernacle is an example in the present time in which people made offerings and sacrifices so that they would be forgiven of their sins but their conscience could not be corrected by this and they also sinned and grieve God as we have in the Bible. have read. But when Christ Jesus came, he became the high priest of all good things, and he came through an even greater tent, which was not a tent made by hand, but

Saving Faith

Image
Note: - Please read this blog till the end. May today's Bible verse help you build a spiritual relationship with God. You read this verse and understand what God is telling you and what God wants from you The major point that I hope you will take away from this post is that saving faith is a gift of God, (Eph. 2:8) . Such faith is not something man produces within himself, (Jn. 1:11-13) . As sobering as it is to recognize, it is important to understand that if God does not grant this undeserved gift to a sinner, their heart remains unchanged, unbelieving, and unredeemed, (Heb. 11:6). If God does not mercifully, powerfully, and irresistibly intervene in our suicidal rebellion against him, we freely and willfully continue plodding our path to perdition, (I Cor. 1:18). So what is saving faith? According to the Westminster Shorter Catechism, saving faith is first and foremost faith that is “in Jesus Christ.” “Faith” as a thing in itself, no matter how sincerely exercised,

God's word is like bread

Image
Bread is an essential item for living life, which provides nutrients to our body and keeps us healthy. But the Lord Jesus said that man will live not only by bread, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God, that is, by the word of God. (Matthew 4:4) This is what the Lord Jesus said from Deuteronomy 8:3 of the Old Testament. And it was explained that Lord Jesus is the bread of life, who came to this earth to give abundant life, the word of God is like bread, the word of God is like bread (John 10:10) And we are God's word to Christ like bread because bread helps to build and nourish our physical body. The Word of God nourishes our spiritual life, and every true Christ looks forward to a spiritual life more than a physical life when he accepts God as his Savior.

God With You.

Luke 22:39–71 Genesis 40 Psalm 31 It is said in the Bible that whoever accepts the Son of God will have eternal life, and he who does not accept his life is ruined. And we read that in Genesis the drinker and the cook made some crime against their master (king of Egypt). Due to which he had to go to jail where he found Yusuf and one night he dreamed according to his promising. And God knows the secret of every dream. And we read that God was always with Yusuf and Yusuf was able to tell the secret of his dream. As we see how the head of the drinker was innocent and the cook was guilty and the dream he had had also come true. We can read about him in the Bible in Genesis 40. , In the same way we remember God, he does not forget us. Sometimes our circumstances are not right, but God definitely gets us out of those troubles, he does not keep us in trouble for a long time. God has a plan for every believer like we see many prophets and people in the bible how God gave them many

Bad Circumstances From Bible Context.

Image
There are times in the life of Christ when he finds his life in vain and becomes discouraged. Because Christ begins to expect nothing good from his life. Just as Job felt, as written in the Bible in Job 3. Job becoming depressed and depressed began to consider his life and birth as a curse. Job says why was the day not destroyed when I was born. He (Job) says that it would have been better if I had been born dead. Just as Job had a bad time in his life, in which everything seemed to him to end, so sometimes even Christ feels that his life is meaningless and worthless. He becomes deeply saddened and disillusioned with his life and begins to think of himself as dead as Job had his own life. But we know how when God allowed Satan to work in Job's life, in the same way Satan gives us a lot of sorrow in our life too. And we feel very sad, feel pain in our life. Even in the midst of weeping, the God who watches us from heaven takes care of us. and gives the fruit of our right

Fear of God (love).

Image
Note :- The fear of God in the Bible is not the fear of God, but the love of God is love. The fear (love) of God is at the core of wisdom; The Fear of God (Love) Is the Beginning of Our Wisdom And he who fears (love) God understands the word of God and the word is Jesus Christ himself. And those who fear God (love) know wisdom and teaching with the help of God's word and talk about understanding. And the one who fears (love) God increases his wisdom of knowledge by the wisdom of God and becomes wiser and gets instruction, finds wisdom in leading his wise life and attains discipline (intellect) in the subjects of dharma, justice and fairness. God's love is very much needed in life When a man's life is in trouble, it is full of suffering, then God's love will help him. Gives proficiency in subsistence, gives discipline in life. And those who despise the word of God have no root of wisdom. Those who do not have the fear of God (love) despise wisdom and educatio
