what is Faith...?

Note:-Please read this blog till the ending.

Put simply, faith is believing in God and trusting in His plan, even when you don’t understand it and can’t see it. As it applies to our life, however, faith is about more than just a feeling, it’s about living it. We live our faith through obedience to God and acts of service.

When looking for ways to capture and live in faith, the best resource for direction is the Bible.

How Is Faith Displayed In The Bible?
The Bible is filled with messages about the love and acceptance we receive from God when we put our faith in Him. But what exactly does it look like to practice faith? Meditate on the following scriptures to learn more about what the Bible says about faith, and how you can practice it in your life.

Hebrews 11:1:
"Now faith (pi'stis) is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
This passage concerning the function of faith in relation to the covenant of God is often used as a definition of faith. ... This evidence for conviction is so positive or powerful that it is described as faith.

Romans 10:17 KJV.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The 7 characters of faith.?
The Compendium notes seven characteristics of faith. Faith is: (1) necessary for salvation,
(2) a free gift, a grace,
(3) a human act,
(4) it is certain,
(5) it works through charity,
(6) it continually grows, and
(7) it is a foretaste of heaven.

What is the power of faith?
There is something that is true, and we all know it to be true, and that is God gives us power when we make right choices. When we choose to live our lives in accordance with His word, His will, and His way; then we'll have additional power for life.

I hope you enjoy it.
If you liked it, then share it with others and keep moving forward in the name of God.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
