1.Eat your meals at regular intervals, and do not use animal fat or blood.

3.Don't harbor envy or hold grudges.

These kinds of sinful feelings actually disrupt body processes.

4. Maintain a cheerful, happy disposition.

( Proverbs 17:22 )


5. Put full trust in Lord.

( Proverbs 19:23 )


6. Balance work and exercise with sleep and rest.

( Exodus 20:9, 10 )


7. Keep your body Clean.

( Isaiah 52:11 )


8. Be temperate in all things.

( Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a wreath that is perishable, but we do it to receive one that is imperishable.

1 Corinthians 9:25 )


9. Avoid anything harmful to the body.

( Do you not know that you are God's temple and that the Spirit of God lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and so are you.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 )


10. Make a meal time happy Time.

( Ecclesiastes 3:13 )


11. Help those who are in need.

( Isaiah 56:6-8 )
